Dear Homeowners, This is an update for the 2026 Annual Meeting, to be held on April 14th, 2026, via Teams at 6:00 pm. Please know that the voting format will take place through an electronic platform called ElectionBuddy this year. Important: The final date to submit your intent to run for the Board of Directors and have your name appear on the 2026 director election ballot is March 31st. Any submissions past that point will be handled via a write-in option. Please remember to submit your Proxy to PS Property by returning to info@psprop.net. The proxy form was provided in the original notice (attached is another copy). * The final date/time to submit electronic ballots will be during the annual meeting (not 48 hours before as previously stated). - Voting Period: Opens on April 1st and will close on April 14th at the meeting. On April 1st , ElectionBuddy will email you directly to your provided email address on file with PS Property.
- How to Vote: You will receive an email directly from ElectionBuddy with your unique voting link or by QR code.
You will find the nominees for the Board listed on the electronic ballot. There is one (1) position open for election, therefore, please select one (1) candidate only. If more than one candidate is selected, your ballot will be void.
